AvenueWest Global Franchise desired to increase its national footprint and brand reputation as the company positioned itself for exponential franchise growth across North America. The real estate business had proven a new approach to the management of corporate housing rentals could generate long-term, consistent revenue for franchise owners while building a pipeline of real estate leads. Through franchise ownership, real estate agents could stop sign chasing while supplementing their monthly real estate income with property management fees. ASC was retained to be the single point-of-contact communications partner for AvenueWest as it sought to grow its reach into potential new franchisors. In order to do this, ASC developed a robust content strategy, which included the development of a franchise sales-focused website, and led a focused earned media and corporate reputation strategy. Over the course of this project, ASC evolved to meet both the business and budget needs of the client, proving that small investments can generate returns when approached with a strategic mindset.

ASC helped position AvenueWest overcome harmful media narratives that could have disrupted growth while leveraging the low inventory real estate market to differentiate the company for its unique access to single-family homes. In 2021, the company was recognized as the 435th fastest growing company in America by INC Magazine and the 2nd fastest growing company by Denver Business Journal. Moreover, CEO Angela Healy has been a welcomed guest on podcasts such as InvestHER, The Voice of Influence, and Franchise Today, and a regular contributor with articles published in outlets such as Smart Cities Dive and REI Ink. In the company’s next phase of growth, ASC will create a digital marketing strategy that leverages both earned and owned content to further increase engagement with its targeted audiences.
