In January 2023, MECA Commercial Real Estate began an exciting new chapter by parting ways with a national brand they’d been affiliated with for over two decades. While this transition brought new opportunities, it also presented a challenge: how to redefine its identity and stand out in the competitive commercial real estate market as an independent firm.
MECA’s existing message, visual identity, and digital platforms no longer fully reflected its capabilities. The firm needed a refreshed presence to highlight its expertise, strengthen its market position, and effectively attract new leads. This effort led to an 18-month partnership with ASC.
ASC began with a comprehensive analysis of MECA’s brand and company culture. The LinkedIn refresh included a new content strategy and company-wide training to ensure consistent, professional engagement across the platform. The website redesign went beyond just aesthetics, capturing MECA’s evolved identity while emphasizing their local market expertise, strong client relationships, and independent status. It was crafted to deliver an engaging, user-friendly experience for current and prospective clients, ensuring the brand resonates with their audience and reinforces the professional, quality service they provide for each client.
As a result of ASC’s work, MECA successfully launched its new website, which not only conveyed its redefined brand but also strengthened the internal team’s commitment to its new potential. The revamped LinkedIn presence and strategy further reinforced this transformation, achieving an 80% increase in followers and a 6,845% increase in reach within the first month.
The rebrand has received positive feedback from MECA’s clients and industry partners, while the new website serves as a dynamic tool for business growth, effectively attracting new clients.
